ERIS Products & Pricing
An ERIS Report is a unique detailing of historical environmental information for any property in Canada. It is used to aid in the identification of possible environmental concerns or risks for commercial, industrial and residential sites. The report researches, tabulates and identifies key federal, provincial as well as private sector databases to pinpoint any environmental elements.
These reports include: a Site Diagram displaying the locations of the records found, a Report Summary providing a breakdown of the number of records found from each database, a Site Profile summarizing all of the records found, and a Detailed Report outlining all of the environmental records relating to the subject property, cross-referenced to the site diagram.
Report Types
Site Report
A Site Report provides information on the subject property, through a comprehensive search of all of ERIS’ Federal, Provincial and Private Source data. This report type does not provide information on neighbouring properties. |

Basic Report (Standard Select Report)
A Standard Select Report searches 8 of ERIS’ Federal, Provincial and Private Source databases chosen by the client. Information is provided for the subject site and for neighbouring properties out to 0.25km. Additional databases may be added at an extra charge. |

Standard Report
A Standard Report provides information associated with both the subject property and all neighbouring properties within 0.25km, through a comprehensive search of all of ERIS’ Federal, Provincial and Private source data. |

Custom Build-Your-Own Report
Clients have the flexibility to build their own reports. Clients choose the search area, radius/buffer, and the number of databases to be searched for their project.

Additional ERIS Products
Aerial Photographs
Nationwide aerial photo coverage from both National and Provincial aerial collection is offered. Scales range from 1:5 000 to 1:60 000 and are available in both black and white and colour. Aerial photos are available in digital, laser and contact print formats.
City Directory Searches
The City Directory Search provides detailed historic property-use information with nationwide coverage. Information dates back to the late 1800’s and is researched for the site and/or surrounding properties in five-year intervals.
Land Title Searches
Current and Historic Land Titles searches are available across Canada and provide legal title information concerning property ownership, transfer details and any encumbrances such as mortgages or easements.
Topographic Maps
Topographic maps are provided at a scale of 1:10 000, 1:20 000 or 1:50 000 from both National and Provincial collections.
Additional Anderson Report
The Additional Anderson Waste Disposal Report (ANDR) is a supplementary report that provides a historical summary on an Anderson waste disposal site. This complements the information in an ERIS report where an ANDR record is found.
