Residential & Commercial Property Appraisals
PLA’s team combines the latest scoping techniques with years of formal education and experience in the construction industry to bring adjusters appraisal expertise in a multitude of property claims including:

- sewer back-ups
High-quality appraisals are performed on residential (single family and high density) and commercial (office buildings, warehouses, retailers) properties.
PLA’s unlimited access to RMS’s extensive historical risk, property, and material costs databases, including its iClarify portal, and its use of state-of-the-art scoping software, such as Xactimate version 27, the Symbility RCT Evaluator, and BVC commercial and agricultural building-evaluation software systems, enable it to track the construction industry and offer adjusters accurate appraisals.
Catastrophe Appraisals
PLA’s expert team assesses damage with its accredited on-site appraisers and limits repair costs to damages resulting directly from a disaster. PLA can also immediately assemble and dispatch a CAT team anywhere within Canada to handle high-claim volumes over a short period of time.

As a result of its mentorship philosophy, PLA is able to provide adjusters with viable and cost-efficient solutions to post-loss through its top-notch appraisal team. Adjusters who employ PLA’s team benefit from:
